Jim Velez, Sr. started Mountain High Plumbing in 1994. Jim learned plumbing in
Los Angeles from his father when he was a kid and decided to stick to it as it was a solid career.
Forward years later, Jim
decided to pack up his family and move to Flagstaff. He spent a year working for another plumbing company as a manger
but working for someone else was just not for him. He then decided to take on a career with Northern Arizona University as
the Plumbing and Maintenace Supervisor. After working for NAU for several years, he decided to start his own business.
Starting in November of 2007, Jim decided to hire his son Jimmy Velez to help manage and promote the business. Jimmy
has 15 years experience in Plumbing Wholesale and with that brings product knowledge and customer service to the table.
Today, Mountain High Plumbing
is 15 trucks strong and growing and has become the most successful Plumbing Company in all of Northern Arizona. All of our
equiptment is "state of the art" from leak detection to pressing methods of copper pipe. Our trucks are fully stocked
and are ready to roll out when you are ready.
